Vinificazione

Pre-fermentation cryomaceration at a temperature of 5/6°C. Fermentation at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks and aging on the yeasts for 3 months.

Straw yellow color with golden reflections. The nose immediately presents pleasant aromas of wild flowers and orange blossoms and then gives way to citrus notes and elegant hints of exotic fruit. In the mouth fresh and round, with excellent balance. Good flavor and minerality
