Vinificazione

Maceration of the skins for 15 days at a temperature of 24° with frequent pumping over and some délestage. After racking, we wait for spontaneous malolactic fermentation to proceed with refinement in stainless steel tanks.

Ruby red color with excellent depth. The nose opens with hints of cherry, morello cherry and small red fruits and then gives way to peppery sensations and rose petals. In the mouth it is enveloping and full-bodied with a noteworthy flavor balance. It closes with a strong aromatic persistence.
