Pre-fermentation cryomaceration at a temperature of 5/6°C. Fermentation at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks and aging on the yeasts for 3 months.

Tasting

Straw yellow color with golden reflections. The nose immediately presents pleasant aromas of wild flowers and orange blossoms and then gives way to citrus notes and elegant hints of tropical fruit and Mediterranean scrub.
In the mouth it is fresh and mineral, with an excellent taste-olfactory balance.
Good flavor and persistence.
