winemaking

Maceration of the skins for 15 days at a temperature of 22°C with frequent pumping over and some délestage.
After racking, we wait for the unfacilitated malolactic fermentation to proceed with refinement in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting

Intense ruby red color with violet reflections. The nose features intense hints of cherry and morello cherry with hints of black pepper. In the mouth it is full-bodied, quite balanced, with a pleasant tannic component.
It closes with an interesting aromatic persistence.
