Pre-fermentation cryomaceration at a temperature of 5/6°C.
Controlled temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Six months after the harvest, the wine was sent for refermentation in an autoclave for secondary fermentation, acquiring softness and fruity notes.

Note
Tasting

Brilliant, slightly wavy, with very pleasant and refined microbubbles. Excellent olfactory intensity and finesse. On the nose it immediately presents itself with wild flowers, fruity notes and citrus fruits.
In the mouth it is fresh, with good flavor and persistence. It is an agile and cheerful wine, an excellent companion for aperitifs and paired with fish-based dishes.
