Pre-fermentation cryomaceration at a temperature of 5/6°C. Fermentation at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks and aging on the yeasts for 3 months.

Tasting

Straw yellow color with greenish reflections.
It opens with hints of almond and then gives way to wild flowers and white pulp fruit.
In the mouth it has a good dynamic sip and a nice freshness on the palate.
The after-smell confirms the sensations experienced in the nose.
It ends with a pleasant bitter note that invites a second sip.
Good persistence.
